We look for partners with construction or business management experience, a minimum net worth of $500,000, liquid capital of $200,000, and a commitment to our quality standards and customer service excellence. Previous home building experience is preferred but not required if you have strong business acumen.

Depending on the size of home, the builder's experience, weather conditions, material & labor availability, and even the city of construction, it can take anywhere from 6 to 14 months for a partner to permit and build their first home.
