The New Modern Home (TNMH) in Allen, TX builds virtually maintenance-free, $0 energy bill, modern-style homes. We are seeking a smart individual with a great personality and strong new home construction sales experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and willing to provide the highest level of customer service to our buyers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a passion for ‘saving the environment’ and promote our environment-friendly homes
  • 2+ years of experience in the sale of new construction single-family homes with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
  • Understanding of the sales upgrade process
  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Must have a driver’s license and a great driving record
  • Understand factors that affect mortgage prices including down payment, credits, debts, etc.
  • Must be able to use PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
  • Must be enthusiastic, creative, goal oriented, and efficient in producing results
  • Must be able to work evenings, nights and weekends
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
  • Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
  • Dedicated and ethical approach to sales

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with prospective home buyers daily to build a client network and provide them information about our residential investment opportunities
  • Turn prospective clients to actual buyers with a friendly attitude
  • Provide customized services for each individual client based on their unique needs
  • Drive prospective clients around town to show homes and their unique features
  • Guiding buyers throughout the entire home buying process
  • Help create and manage marketing materials
  • Promote the financial advantages of purchasing a home from TNMH
  • Promote the low cost of maintenance of TNMH homes with clients
  • Promote the sustainability of our products
  • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads
  • Create and cultivate relationships with buyers for future purchases and transactions
  • Plan and execute outbound events and sales networking activities
  • Represent TNMH in a professional and responsible manner

  • This is a salary plus commission based sales position
